The intention to create the Website Diary recording my journey for the purpose, including the many difficulties and challenges confronting us, the steps adopted by our Team in overcoming the hurdles, to arriving at the different milestones, was conceived some 15 years ago.

 

Over the past 15 years, I have been spending considerable amount of time in the research, construction and testing of what I consider an efficient filing system to meet the requirements of satisfying our Website Slogan of gaining access to both our personal and business databases at our fingertips.

 

If we analyze the success of any person in life, one common attribute for almost all successful personalities will include their ability to get their personal and business affairs organized.  It is also evident that one must have an efficient filing system to both his private and business databases to aspire the definition of being organized.

 

The DVPC Filing Solutions is a system designed to provide quick and comprehensive access to all details included in our system.  

It is the intention of the Website Diary to record and to share the many challenges we faced in getting the system off the ground to a stage ready to be test driven to potential users so that they will have the peace of mind that they will be in control of their databases on a 24/7 basis. This practically means that the users can be holidaying in Honolulu in the States or Boracay in the Philippines and are able to access their databases in the small hours of the night, provided they have access to the internet.

It was my dream to achieve access to my databases mentioned above and it was this dream which provides the driving force for me in the past 15 years so that I may be able to share this facility to enable more people in the world to get themselves organized with the functions provided by the DVPC Filing Solutions.

 

From time to time, I shall be entering entries in this Web Diary recording major milestones achieved, including any failures or successes we encountered on the way.  It is of course not my intention to record the mundane details of the day-to-day routines.  In fact, I shall share my experiences with our viewers on the more interesting features we meet on our journey, with emphasis on the failures to demonstrate that Life Is Not Meant To Be Easy.  Consequently, viewers will not find a daily account in this Diary.  Despite this, I still believe that the details & episodes shared in this Diary are of interest to our viewers.

During the construction of our project, a lot of thoughts have gone into the ways and means of bringing the attributes of the DVPC Filing System to the attention of the world.  We have already prepared over 50 videos grouped under 5 Video Series.  These Videos will be published on YouTube after our Official Launch, expected to be held in Feb 2025.  Then, we plan to produce regular videos, at least once every other day, with a view to bringing attention to our system via the major social media platforms, including YouTube.

 

We are also convinced that the best way for our viewers to fully understand the strength or weaknesses of a filing system is to let them have the opportunity to actually test drive the filing system to enable them to personally experience the goods and the bads offered.  Along this line of thinking, we propose to invite interested viewers to test drive our DVPC Filing System so that they would be able to personally judge if the DVPC Filing System does possess the magic we claim.

 

To make things easier for our viewers, we only need them to provide their names & email addresses, and they will be given the chance to test drive our system, with no obligations attached.

 

Our Filing Team is working hard in producing a demonstration model to be used in the Test Drive.

Looking at the records, I noticed that our last Diary Entry was made on 27 Nov 2024, a month ago.  Despite the absence of any diary entries during the last few weeks, the Filing Team and I in fact have been working full steam ahead on our filing project because we have the intention to conduct our Official Launch in Feb 2025.  

 

Understandably, we are trying hard to deliver our Official Launch as planned and we are ensuring that all the important features will be included with the goal of presenting our story in a systematic manner which will include:

1)    Recounting how the idea for the creation of the DVPC System was conceived;
2)    Listing out the important attributes required of an efficient filing system to ensure the users to have the ability to access both their personal and business databases on a 24/7, global basis; and
3)    Detailing the agonies created by the failures in times of adversity and the joys created by successes when we were able to overcome the hurdles.

 

We just had a few days holidays during the 2024 Christmas, and today, we started to work again, conscious of our plan for our Official Launch in early 2025.  I shall be making more entries in our Web Diary from now on, as it is my plan to provide more details to our viewers on some of the challenges confronting us in our attempt to implement our Official Launch as planned.
